That's why we offer our Price Match Guarantee, giving you complete confidence when shopping with us.

Our Price Match Guarantee is only avaialble for SELECTED BRANDS : Beeswift, Elka, Mascot, Rockfall, Safety Jogger, Tiger Grip, Dassy, Infield, Velilla, Mullion, Sioen, SIP Protection, Fristads, Master Lock, Pyramex, Sievi, Bicap, Jackson Safety, Coast, Ega Master, Fetra, Gram, Kongamek, Kuhlmann, ProGarm, Rennsteig, Topstore, Tiger Grip, Derblaue and 2 Selected Werner ladders: the Werner W79023 and W79024

If you find the same product advertised at a lower price elsewhere after purchasing from us, you may be eligible for a refund of the difference under our Price Match Guarantee for online purchases only.

How to Make a Claim

Simply email your order number to web@totalsource.ie with the subject line PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE and include:

  1. A screenshot showing the product advertised at a lower price on another website.
  2. A direct link to the product page.

We will review your claim and respond within one working day. If your claim meets the criteria outlined below, we will refund the difference.

Terms & Conditions

To qualify for a price match refund, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be identical in every respect, including brand, model, colour, size, and manufacturer product code.
  • The competing retailer must offer a returns policy of at least 30 days, matching our own policy.
  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of your purchase from us.
  • The lower price must still be available when we verify the product. We commit to checking all claims within one working day of receipt.
  • The Price Match Guarantee applies to the advertised product price only and does not include promotional discounts, voucher codes, bundle offers, free gifts, or other special promotions that a competitor is running.
  • No additional discounts or promotional offers can be applied to purchases where a price match has been approved.
  • The competing retailer must be an Irish-registered business and an authorised seller of the branded product in question.
  • We do not price match against unauthorised retailers, private sellers, marketplace vendors, auction sites, or third-party sellers.
  • We reserve the right to refuse claims where there is a risk of counterfeit, grey-market, or stolen goods.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot match prices offered by retailers based outside Ireland.
